Return and Exchange Policy

At PUPIL Gold & Jewelry, we are committed to ensuring our customers" satisfaction and providing a reliable and secure shopping experience. The following return and exchange policy applies to all orders, in accordance with the regulations approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

1. Return Period The customer has the right to request a return of the product within only two (2) days from the date of receipt. No return request will be accepted after this period has ended.

2. How to Submit a Return Request The customer may contact us through any of the company"s official, verified communication channels available on the website (WhatsApp, phone, email, or the support form). Once the request is received, the customer will be provided with all return details and procedures, including the return address and the approved shipping method.

3. Conditions for Accepting a Return For a return request to be accepted, the following conditions must all be met without exception:
  • The product must be in its complete original condition and entirely unused.
  • There must be no trace of use, rubbing, scratches, odors, or signs of wear.
  • The data tags, barcodes, and labels attached to the product or its box must not be removed, opened, or cut.
  • The original box, with all of its contents, must be in excellent condition.
  • The product must be returned exactly as it was received, without any modification or tampering.
Any breach of these conditions will result in the return request being permanently rejected.

4. Return Costs The customer shall bear the following:
  • The return shipping cost.
  • The original shipping cost.
  • The non-refundable electronic payment gateway fees.
If the reason for the return is an error on the store"s part (such as sending an incorrect or damaged product), the store will bear all costs.

5. Exchange Exchanges are not processed directly. Instead, the process is first handled as a return, after which the customer may place a new order once the return has been accepted.

6. Non-Returnable Products Certain products or offers may be non-returnable. This is clearly stated on the product page at the time of ordering.

7. Inspection and Quality Once the product arrives at the store, it is inspected to confirm that it meets the return conditions before a refund is approved. If the product does not meet the conditions, the request is rejected and the customer is notified of the reason; the customer may then have the product returned to them at their own expense.

8. Refund Period After a return request is accepted, the refund is issued within 3–10 business days, depending on the policy of the bank or payment gateway used.

9. Disclaimer The store is not responsible for products damaged due to misuse after the customer has received them.
